The work
A project starts when both sides sign a written scope. That document is the contract: deliverables, price, timeline, IP, and warranty. These pages do not replace it. Ranges on the site are starting points, not offers.
IP
Unless the signed scope says otherwise, you own what we make for you on day one. We keep the right to show the work in our own materials unless you ask us not to in writing.
Liability
This site is provided as-is. For paid work, liability is limited as stated in the signed proposal — typically fees paid for the phase in dispute. We are not your general counsel.
