The proposal is the product
If the scope is vague, the build will be too. We send a written proposal in 48 hours because that document is the first deliverable — not a sales artifact.
Most studios treat the proposal as theatre. A PDF that exists to win the work, then gets quietly replaced by 'real discovery' once the invoice clears.
We do the opposite. The written scope is the first thing you pay us to get right. Journeys, deliverables, price, and what is out. If we cannot write it, we should not build it.
That is why the 48-hour proposal is not a gimmick. It is a filter. Buyers who want fog do not like it. Buyers who have been burned do.
